• RC2 is out, some folks have already done QA. Kushal reported issue w/ apt upgrade in VMs -- keep an eye on journalists not being able to reply to sources (#4909)
• John has been testing on NUCs, more testing greatly appreciated

Translation Tuesday update:

• String changes in Norwegian (translation updates), merging those later this week

• CI failing in client repo due to unrelated issue (re-ran master CI to check) which I'll debug after meetings
• Any 1.1.0 release bits as needed, can pivot to QA tomorrow if needed, will defer to RMs ;)
