QA update for SecureDrop 0.9.0 (Mickael)

  • #3749 (SecureDrop updater does not start) : Kushal has not reproduced the bug, Mickael reimaging the 3.9 image (keeping the persistent volume). Bad install? I will try one last time with a fresh usb stick and close
  • SecureDrop keyring update #3723

Mickael will publish rc2 debs Thursday morning after the keyring update and update the test plan for rc2-specific testing

Completed:

  • Flask and Werkzeug updates (#3743) Merged in develop and release branch
  • Tag version fix for updater issue #3579, merged in develop and release branch
  • Tooltip for reply read (#3734) Merged in develop and release branch
  • Localized tooltips (#3736) Merged in develop and release branch
  • QA loader: issue 3733, PR 3747: Merged into develop, dont think we need to backport. SSD=5-10 min, hard drive = 1h with default settings.

Yesterday: Mostly infra/web stuff - some outstanding work on provisioning/packaging flow for workstation.

Today: Will try to get some smaller workstation stuff unblocked, ping Josh. Behind on web review, so catching up there; will help with keyring update.
