What did we get done? What do we want to change?
- Great: Improved velocity, one big win (API landed), huge progress towards grsec templates, lots of work on UI prototype.
- Not so great: Major delivery problems with functional testing work. Difficult to debug CI failures. Can we improve scoping of tasks? Smaller workflow meeting tomorrow to drill in.
- Kushal: As I started working on the TBB, I focused on getting tests passing. When I started to move things into container, everything started to break in CI. Discovered problems related to versioning, noted in different issues: Selenium/Tor/Firefox/Gecko driver. Errors that came out with page_layout test cases. Suggested that we should run tests against local system, not against Tor network.
Ensure we capture PTO/holidays (incl international).

Time commitments: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ugi584bQXKyZqdUACfhJxFKbXvxjkscxabEHpqKwbTk/edit#gid=0
- Finish up Tor browser functional testing work to deliver useful value for 0.9.0 pre-release testing
- Develop scaffolding for workstation client (API proxy, storage layer, etc.).
We try to stick to the sprint backlog except for:
- urgent bug fixes [outage level]
- urgent security fixes
- quick (< 1 hour) community PR merges + comments -- alternatively, communicate that PR will be handled next sprint
- responding to issues
