QA update for 0.9.0 (Mickael)

Branched 0.9.0 RC1 this morning. Don't have 0.9.0 debs up, once CI failure is sorted out, will put debs on apt-test.

Yesterday: SD flow chart. Assisted Mickael with test plan. Reviewed reply endpoints from Kushal's. Finished write-up regarding HTTPSEverywhere SecureDrop ruleset. Took a pass at the functional testing branch - posted update in ticket.

Today: Help where needed for release work, will review PR #3 on proxy repo. Will look at bug fixes for 0.9.0

Yesterday: Tested multi-server dev env using latest version of Vagrant. Looks fine but no need to change for this release. Support tasks

Yesterday: Late night started reading on Debian packaging for Python packages.

Today: Filed https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-proxy/issues/4 , created a PR for issue #11 on sdclientapi to remove mypy_extensions. Because Debian Stretch is old. I will help to create proper setup.py for workstation/client related python projects for Debian packaging.
