TT 89 - Created Town05 db file and scenario directory

Description

In this PR

• MOSIAC Scenario Database file is generated for Town05
• Town05 scenario directory is created in CDASim and includes generated DB file
• Generated DB file is tested with CDASim
• Confirmed to be working with 4.5.0 version on vru scenario where carla and sumo shows correct maps as shown in the screenshots below
