On ZBook 14 G2 (and other HP laptops) there is an annoying high-pitched whine with Windows 10. Suspected causes:

~~Intel Processor Graphics~~
~~WiFi drivers~~
Bluetooth drivers
~~Using high performance power scheme~~
~~Disable PCIe SSD~~
