A platform where users of open-source projects can pay to get priority for their bugs, feature requests, and questions. Users could attach a bounty to their specific request offering a certain amount of money if it is addressed in a specified time. GitHub would of course take a small percentage for providing the service. Additional users could "+1" by pledging to existing issues.
