Summary

• Extracts aggregate Process Output scope formatting into a tested helper.
• Sorts aggregate output by timestamp with stable Manifest process order and per-buffer tie-breakers.
• Reuses explicit Logs / Logs (process) title formatting.
• Keeps existing output row interaction behavior while hardening scope presentation.
