What to build

Add aggregate Manifest Process Output scope when no Managed Process is selected. The Workspace should show scoped Process Output as Logs (name), aggregate output as Logs, and use Manifest space to toggle the scope.

Acceptance criteria

• No selected Managed Process means aggregate Manifest Process Output scope.\n- [ ] Selected Managed Process means scoped Process Output title Logs (name).\n- [ ] Aggregate scope title is Logs.\n- [ ] Aggregate output rows include [process] prefix.\n- [ ] Scoped output rows do not add [process] prefixes by default.\n- [ ] Manifest space toggles selected-process scope and aggregate scope.\n- [ ] Footer label is dynamic: all logs when selected, service logs or equivalent when aggregate.\n- [ ] Clearing scoped output clears only selected process output; clearing aggregate output clears all Manifest process output.
