What to build

Ensure Process Output selection, expansion, scrolling, clearing, and tail behavior remain coherent when switching between scoped and aggregate Process Output.

Acceptance criteria

• Scope changes clear selected and expanded output rows.\n- [ ] Switching scopes resets stale hover/selection state.\n- [ ] If tail is enabled, selecting a process from aggregate mode scrolls to that process output bottom.\n- [ ] If tail is paused, scope changes preserve browsing intent as much as possible.\n- [ ] Existing home/end/page/g/G/f/c behaviors remain consistent.\n- [ ] Tests cover scope change reset, clear behavior, and tail behavior.
