He is the creator of the Prêt à Voter, Pretty Good Democracy (with Vanessa Teague), and OpenVote (with Feng Hoa) verifiable voting schemes. Peter's role in DemTech is to act as a deeply-involved external expert in areas relating to cryptography and voting scheme design.
