This is documented in the vpr help, but not in the command line reference in read the docs (.rst). It should be documented.

Also, one of our tests uses --router_opt_choke_points true
Do we accept true or false for boolean arguments as well as on and off (maybe we do -- I've never tried).
Test is vtr_flow/tasks/regression_tests/vtr_reg_nightly_test7/vtr_reg_qor_large_depop_run_flat/config/config.txt

Alex confirmed that setting that option to true doesn't work (errors out).
