feat(eve): inspection - project truthful agent info v3

Summary

Related to #2347. This layer of stack #2420 is stacked on #2410.

Replace /eve/v1/info v2 with one v3 projection of the effective compiled manifest. Active resources now appear once with their source owner, dynamic resolvers and prepared kernel capabilities are separate, channel routes preserve compiled order, and shadowed or disabled candidates remain only in composition diagnostics. The resolved-agent inspection path, framework channel catalog, downstream channel merges, runtime disabled-channel state, and synthetic callback definitions are deleted.

This is intentionally breaking before 1.0: there is no v2 compatibility response. The TUI smoke harness now accepts the v3 contract, while eve info --json and Vercel summaries retain their narrower contracts over the same effective manifest. Documentation and the minor changeset follow in #2419; the memory lifecycle proof remains deferred.

Validation

Focused agent-info, bundled-artifact, and Nitro scenario coverage passed 23 tests. A local TUI run confirmed every fixture accepts the v3 response and reaches server readiness; model-backed cases then stopped only because AI Gateway credentials are unavailable locally. The complete TUI smoke suite is green in exact-head CI.
