changed the title
Add the push and pull-request pipelines for the submariner-fbc-5-0 component. They build catalog-5-0 on all four platforms using registry.redhat.io/openshift5/ose-operator-registry-rhel9:v5.0. Run fbc-inject-lifecycle-oci-ta between clone and run-opm-command and forward its SOURCE_ARTIFACT, matching upstream fbc-builder and the stolostron common-fbc pipeline. Conforma requires this task for FBC builds. Pass build-image-index only the parameters it declares. The build account and Component come from konflux-release-data !23786; this pipeline cannot run until that merges and reconciles. Add the push and pull-request pipelines for the

Catalog content and tooling for OCP 5.0 merged in #81.catalog-5-0on all four platforms usingregistry.redhat.io/openshift5/ose-operator-registry-rhel9:v5.0, the same base other OCP 5.0 FBC tenants use.fbc-inject-lifecycle-oci-tabetween clone andrun-opm-commandand forwards itsSOURCE_ARTIFACT. Conforma has required this task for FBC builds since 2026-10-01. The task order matches upstreamfbc-builder, and the 4.x pipelines get the same task in Run the required lifecycle task in 4.x FBC builds #86.build-image-indexonly the parameters its 0.4 version declares, as upstream does.Otherwise the pipelines match 4-22 on
main, except that they pin the current task digests.Depends on konflux-release-data !23786 (tracking ACM-48200). Until it merges and reconciles, the Konflux check fails at
initbecause the Component andbuild-pipeline-submariner-fbc-5-0account don't exist. After reconciliation, build-service may open its own 5-0 pipeline PR; close it in favor of this one.Validation
