Added Arabic translation to missing contributor docs listed in the issue above.
NOTE:
In this translation, I chose to keep certain technical terms in English (e.g., Issue, Pull Request, Repository) instead of translating them directly into Arabic. That's because these terms are widely known and used by the Arabic speaking developer community and direct translations could cause confusion or lose the intended technical meaning.
