Abstract for the project

As per our need statement, we need to design and build a game machine which can be user-friendly and compatible with the use of children.Game machine is an electronic device or machine which brings out the joy and fun for the children to play. As per our schedule, the proposed game will be a game which works on the presence of the laser. They vary widely in their technical capabilities and their applications. This game machine is closely linked to the hardware used,the embedded software that runs the equipment, the environment, and the configuration of the software that runs the equipment. We choose to make this type of game machine because this would create entertainment for the children to play. By going through the problem definition part we came to the conclusion of creating a game which is user-friendly, portable, suitable for the age group of 7-15 years and a machine which can play manual games. After considering all the points we had to cover in our project we decided to make a machine which makes a ‘hit’ or ‘tag’ when the beam of light shot by bot hits the sensors. The sensor senses the hits by making sure a hit is registered if it touched any part of it by the beam. The whole machine system is been controlled by the programming code which runs whenever the game starts. This game will start with one moving the bot and on the other side, there will be a target moving around and back forth. You have to aim the target properly and shoot it with the help of the app which will be provided in the phone, if the laser hits the proper point of the target, then the score will be counted else you have to continue with the same procedure till you aim the target.

After the completion of the procedure we had planned in making this game machine, we were successful in creating it exactly the similar way we thought of producing a machine for the entertainment purpose. To make it more attractive for the children we made the bot look like a car where it is been controlled by an app in the cell phones for hitting the target. This project has given all of us a great experience of creating a machine by our own idea and make it work completely because of which we had a great experience and gained knowledge about interesting equipment and their working. The product is quite reliable since its design is simple, easy to handle, light in weight and cost effective as well.
