In this PR I incremented the inputdataRevision to align with the latest version of
mredgebuildings. In particular to be consistent with the updated ICT demand projections by IIASA.Further, I fixed an incorrect adaptation of the config parameters
econCoef_space_heating.elecHP_eff_X_AsymeconCoef_water_heating.elecHP_eff_X_Asymfor SSP3 which led to slightly unrealistic efficiency values for electric heating.
