- Added support for creating certificate registries.

- Added option (in Preferences menu) to disable the automatic check for updates. Addresses 75.

Note that there is a new versioning scheme for the extension WAR file. We will now number the releases of the extension to match the version of the client. In fact, there may be releases where the extension doesn't actually change, but it is reissued with the updated version. This is a small price to pay for the readability of having the version numbers match.
