Validates each step in the process builder and stores the result in localstorage. Updates the "X steps remaining" indicator in the header. Stacks on #596. ## Demo https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6b3fd8a2-2206-40b8-98a9-fb489bbdf189

Overview section of the Process Builder matches the designs (just without delete functionality), and saves to the API on update.
The form now has validation with zod.
