Hi @justinmallette - great addition to the doc! I just adjusted the wording here and there to keep it in the present tense, and not use words like "will" etc.

Wonderful job on this doc, @justinmallette !

It’s an excellent resource and use case for sales teams. To increase visibility, is there a relevant CRM or Sales guide we can link from with a ‘See also’ note (for example, ‘How to Use VoIP to Handle Calls’)? Ensuring this doc is referenced in other high-traffic areas can help more sales teams discover and benefit from it.

Other than that, my other comments were minor and optional, so feel free to implement what you see fit!

The format for recommending tutorials is using a seealso with the text:

`Odoo Tutorial: [title] <link>`_
