🧭 Context

the first redirect extension seems to be archived since March 19, 2026 and therefore, I would advise to link to the new extension which is already published in Chrome and Firefox as the first element in the last

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

This pull request modifies the README.md file's "Related projects" section, specifically reorganising browser extension entries. The npmx-redirect entry is relocated to appear earlier in the list (moved from beneath npmx-digest to beneath npmx-replace-extension), its description is updated to end with a full stop, and the npmx-replace-extension entry is removed. The change results in a net modification of one line added and two lines removed.
