circ (x, y, radius, color)
- x, y : the coordinates of the circle's center
- radius : the radius of the circle in pixels
- color: the index of the desired color in the current palette
This function draws a filled circle of the desired radius and color with its center at x, y. It uses the Bresenham algorithm.
