Leilani started this for us as described in this Wrike card.

I did a little bit of tweaking:

• Made the python file executable and added the appropriate hashbang to the top of the file
• Changed the script to accept the -f flag so users can specify file(s) to analyze on the fly
• Added a stub about the script to the README file

Further tweaking that I know is needed:

• The default file that the script operates on should be the current (live) log file
• The README should have some examples added to it
• Probably the access logfile shouldn't be in the repository

Ultimately up to Jae, I think, to determine whether this meets their needs and is ready to be reintroduced to main.
