Allow users to use the version of osslsigncode installed on their machines. This will allow Linux build machines to sign code as well as windows users running cygwin or other Unix based terminal emulators.

Hey @kevinsawicki I really appreciate the work you have done here. Good job. I had to sign my app on a Linux server and this was the closest I could find. I modified it a bit so I could use the local installation of osslsigncode. My changes should not impact current users. Let me know if you would like me to make any changes in order to merge. Thanks again.
