Damper Splitter
The Damper block allows Hoppers (or Collectors) to draw items from below (or the side or top ... places that aren't its ends) when and only when it is locked (powered). This means f.e. you can easily use a 16-tick-cycle clock to distribute half of the items to different destinations.
