Welcome to the SPARTAN wiki!

To get started, open MatLab and navigate to the cloned SPARTAN repository
Type SPR_head and open the main Spartan GUI window.

From here you have access to the different SPARTAN functions. Please click on the item in the wiki sidebar to view the respective documentation page.
