Rename utils.go to detection.go to better reflect its purpose. Add two new detection signals that don't require the GitHub API: parsing Co-Authored-By trailers for known AI tool emails (Anthropic, Cursor, Aider) and matching commit message patterns (aider: prefix, Generated with Claude Code footer). Rename utils.go to detection.go to better reflect its purpose. Add two new detection signals that work without the GitHub API: Co-Authored-By trailer parsing and commit message pattern matching.
Co-Authored-By trailer detection matches by email domain for Anthropic (noreply@anthropic.com), Cursor (cursoragent@cursor.com), and Aider (noreply@aider.chat). Commit message pattern detection catches aider: prefixed messages and the "Generated with Claude Code" footer.
