The Copilot agent email had a capital C in the map key but IdentifyAgentCommitterEmail lowercases input before lookup, so it could never match. Lowercase the key and add table-driven tests covering all known agents, mixed case, and whitespace. Signed-off-by: Andrew Nesbitt <andrewnez@gmail.com>
