What this PR does / why we need it:
Adds a grouped security-update configuration for the npm dependencies in
validation/, so that Dependabot security updates — including updates of transitive dependencies — arrive as a single lockfile PR.Weekly version updates only cover the direct dependencies in
validation/package.json. Vulnerable transitive dependencies (recentlybrace-expansionandfast-uri, see #400, #403, #443, #463) have therefore been fixed with manual lockfile refreshes each time a new advisory was published.This configuration takes effect once "Dependabot security updates" is enabled in the repository settings (Settings → Code security). Version-update behaviour is unchanged.
