Groups the weekly Dependabot minor and patch version updates for the npm dependencies in
validation/into one PR. Major updates still arrive as separate PRs, and the security-update group from #464 is unchanged.@redocly/cli).validation/**starts the ReleaseTest canary and the CommonalitiesTest regression; a grouped PR runs them once for all bumps of the week.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
