'Meeting Minutes' folder needs to be removed #136

Problem description

There is a Meeting Minutes folder containing minutes from 2024 meetings. Minutes from before the wiki migration are archived in the relevant release.

Expected action

1. remove the Meeting Minutes folder
2. change the text in the wiki to say:
   "Note: Meeting Minutes before 21/03/2024 may be found within the repository of the Sub Project (in releases up to r3.2 - Fall25)."
