• Added documentation for the quickstart flow (one-tap Session highlights scanner creation that bulk-scans 25 recent recordings)
• Documented the "scanners exist but no picks" state with 7-day backfill option
• Added stale states table covering: caught up, quiet week, drought after edit, capped, all disabled, credits used up
• Documented default column behavior (opens on What to watch, flips to All recordings after 2 empty visits)
• Added auto-refresh behavior (reloads on window focus after 1 minute, centered retry on failure)
