About The Pull Request

Adds abandoned IPCs, a new lower threat and RP focused antagonist that randomly spawns in maints. They are a IPC with 4-8 ion laws, a integrated doorjack implant, and a heart that causes them to randomly spark.

That implant can also be removed from their arm and installed in someone else...
The integrated doorjack works like any other toolset implant, and can be used on doors to open them after 1.2s, but it doesnt use charges, unlike a normal doorjack

Why It's Good For The Game

Adds a new, lower threat more RP focused antagonist that wont typically cause much chaos, but should still be a overall funny antag, depending on the ion laws they get.

Testing

Doorjack, implant, IPC itself prefs menu Admin verbs to add and remove laws Antag info
