Does an account need to be setup with codecov? Should this wait until after the repo is transferred?

Ah, good point. Let's wait until after the repo is transferred.

After the transfer, we'll install the Codecov GitHub app on the repo.

Alright, Codecov is finally working. Looks like we have 89% line
coverage currently. We can work on getting that up to 100% in future
PRs.
