docs: provider strategy — ICP + Agent-Readiness Scorecard - #211
Merged
Conversation
The first provider delivery = 'gecko report' → a self-contained Agent-Readiness Scorecard (HTML) + a chat Playground. NOT a hosted marketplace — a scorecard and a showcase of how an agent interacts with the API (context7-style). Built mostly on shipped primitives (inspect/graph/surface_rev); drift-watch = the recurring value. Pairs with docs/positioning.md. GTM (pricing/sequencing) kept in private/.
