This a WIP

This PR was made to have a smaller map available for the smaller playerbase.
This map is based on the Mexico map addon that was shortly added with the Vehicules PR.

The map is legion centric, and the main town falls under the legions influence (Its a legion port called Ostia made to get supplies up to the Colorado river, the fort.)

The Faction are : The legion + Legion Subjects
The Roguewave Rebels, a group of fighters opposing the legion, mix between NCR-Enclave Remnant-Raiders (Enclave Remnant Carrier with NCR funded gear)
Normal Wastelanders.

Comparated to the addon map, Ostia is bigger. With a added circus for chariot races. (I saw too much Ben Hurr)
Dungeon wise, its very Barebones for now, with only same dungeons as before.
More will come, other will be recycled.

Lorewise, this map is also very easy :

Legion controls the area.
The port of Ostia is a ledgit Legion town, and not some place they raided, so the habitants are true subjects and no slaves (Non milirary Auxilla basically. Freedom ? Ahah, never knew it.)

Rich guy from the NCR had some shady activities here. But appart of that ? No NCRA or NCRR here.

Enclave is dead.
The only thing here is the USS Eminant Domain, with a couple of remants (A la Arcade Gannon Remnant crew) fighting the Legion and resisting and disturbing the legion, recruiting NCR citizen, Rangers, Vigilenty and raiders wanting to break the nose of the legion. They took the name of Roguewave Rebels. Thats... thats it.

Brotherhood has no interess in the place.

Khans are surving elsewhere

Roguewave Rebel Soldier :
5 Slots.
Regular Soldier of the Roguewave Rebels.
3 loadouts : NCR funded : Get NCR gear with Service Rifle Carabine. Raider : Raider Armor and melee weapon (Ripper). Enclave : Enclave base armor and cap, with Plasma Musket.

Roguewave Captain
1 Slot.
Leader of the Roguewave Rebels.
Gets a FN FAL regardless of loadout.
3 loadouts : Ranger : Get Ranger armor. Raider : MK2 Raider combat gear with Chainsaw and Ripper. Enclave : Marine Riot Helmet, MK2 combat armor, Plasma Defender.

Ostia Subject :
Infinite slots
Normal townies Role.
Loadouts :
Normal Subject - Gladiator - Restaurant owner

Ostia Shopkeep
2 slots
Normal Shopkeep role, also deals with the slave market.

Ostia Radio Host
2 slots
Normal Radio host role

Ostia Governor
1 Slot
Leader of the town. Leads the legion on non military affairs. Imagine him a Mayor, and the Centurion has a Sheriff.
