Added the matching twine>=7 floor because Hatchling 1.32 emits Core Metadata 2.5, which Twine 6.2 cannot validate. Local validation: Ruff, format, mypy, 170 passed, 1 skipped, isolated Hatchling 1.32 build, and Twine 7.0 check --strict all pass. Waiting for the full matrix and evidence jobs to rerun.
