This is a general EEG to ERP pipeline. In the current version (V2.02) It does the following:

merge BDF files if multiple and create 1 .set file per participant
Downfilter
Add Channel info
Exclude bad channels
re-reference
ICA
Delete eye components
interpolate bad channels
epoch data
delete noisy epochs
create ERPs
Transform the data to excel
Mixed models in R

This is the Pipeline version to analyze the Visual gating paradigm. There are some minor changes, but it follows the same idea.

• no PCA for ICA, because we don't interpolate before
• IC label deletes eye, noise and muscle components after the ICA

This is the latest full update on the pipeline. We have changed some of the order of how we are running scripts, plus we did some expert vs. machine comparisons to make sure that the setting for auto deletion of ICA components matches that of the experts. Some of the input's got updated so that it is easier to use for new projects. This should make it easier to adapt the script without having to look inside loops. We added a lot of information to the readme so that our choices and options are clarified and it's clear what can change.
