Requirements for Windows 10

1. Make sure SUMO is installed. Specifically netgenerate and netedit applications.
2. Have a road network ready - (run "netgenerate --grid" at a location you remember. Many other readymade road networks are possible.)
3. Install Unreal Engine 4.20.3 (master) or 4.22 (specific branch for this)
4. Install visual studio with the required packages for C++ game development.
