- Added `repainting_start_info` and `repainting_end_info` to i18n JSONs (en, zh, ja). - Updated `generation.py` to use these new i18n keys for `repainting_start` and `repainting_end` inputs. - Improves accessibility and clarity by explicitly stating units (seconds) and special values (-1 for end of track). This PR implements a micro-UX improvement by adding descriptive info tooltips to the 'Repainting Start' and 'Repainting End' numeric inputs in the Generation interface. Previously, users had to infer units (seconds) from the group title, and the special value
