Most of the code is shamelessly stolen from https://github.com/SleipnirGroup/Choreo/blob/main/.github/workflows/choreo.yml
builds the app for windows x64, arm64, mac x64, arm64, and linux x64 on push/pr and creates a draft release with files attached when a push occurs to a tag
