docs: README: add small test line to verify contribution workflow.

What does this PR do, and why?

Adds a single non-functional sentence to README.md to verify that I can complete the contribution workflow:
branch → commit → push → open PR. This is a minimal documentation-only change intended only to confirm my local repo and PR workflow is working correctly.
