While the performance improvement is the motivation for the PR, the breaking change is the change of the IPv6 format. Maybe list #1420 in both the "Breaking changes" and "Features" sections with different descriptions?

The other categories are in plural.
For some reason this has always bin in singular. I'll update, but that will be a breaking change. :-)
