Integrate OpenCode into LightRSI #93

Description

@boxabirds

DSH and Codex are there: two other popular open source harnesses are

  • OpenCode
  • Pi.dev

There is some code that's inside harness adapters that would benefit from being refactored out so that probably would be the first step.

    To keep this reviewable, I'd like to land it in two steps.

    Step 1 (#95): a refactor with no behaviour change. The DeepSeek Harness adapter contains host-neutral eviction logic: pairing tool calls with results, the safety policy, the estimate → registry → safety → apply cycle, and estimator setup. That PR moves it into @lightrsi/eviction (canonical-surface/) with generic item ids, so transcript-based hosts like OpenCode can reuse it instead of copying it.

    • DeepSeek Harness keeps its API as thin wrappers.
    • Its existing 110 tests pass unchanged, and a new test checks that the wrappers give the same results as the shared code.

    Step 2: the OpenCode adapter itself, built on that shared code. It's ready and will follow once step 1 is merged.

    Thanks for the contribution, @boxabirds #95 is now merged. Really appreciate you splitting this into two reviewable steps and making the eviction core reusable across hosts.

    Looking forward to the OpenCode adapter! Happy to help with any questions along the way.
