Just noticed that after rewriting it as v2 quirk, the fixed electric measurement data is not pulled anymore, only once after restarting HA. The same quirk in v1 (see history) worked flawless. Anybody any idea what could be the cause for this? |

It's working without problems in the current v1 version. Ready to merge. |

Added a quirk to fix electric measurement, metering and duplicated values for the Nous A4Z Outdoor 2 smart socket.

closes #3094
Could not add it as v2 quirk (see commit history), as there the data was not pulled anymore, only once after restart. All entities looked OK, but were not refreshed anymore.
