Note for me later: The cache version should likely be bumped as well (or decreased back down to 1).

setup-uvaction, instead of running the install script.Note:
enable-cacheisfalseas we cache the entire venv anyway, so I don't think we need to have UV cache something as well.TODO: Test (maybe)
