Changes:
1. add vClmMsg, vClmSig to loc the colomns easier. in the mean time, change the colomn num to Enum;
2. add colomn: TxMothed, MultiGrp. And, change the cells()
3. add bus tpye to convert excel to dbc.

1. 支持多帧复用型的报文信号转换；
