修复了上次PR的问题，pc与手机端测试了好几次应该没问题了。
因为移动端对background-attachment: fixed支持的不好，所以聊天页面背景采用伪类固定，解决了背景重叠与延展不自然的问题。聊天页面下端➕与笑脸icon也对齐了。上次点击“发消息”之所以会出现刷新情况是因为路由跳转问题，现已修复。
