bump react and react-dom version for React 19

I can't use react-simple-maps in my React 19 project without using this workaround: #367

This PR would bump the allowed versions for react and react-dom to allow v19.

There is another fork, more elaborate than mine: https://github.com/vnedyalk0v/react19-simple-maps

This is a modernized fork of the original react-simple-maps by Richard Zimerman, completely rewritten with full TypeScript support, React 19 compatibility, and modern development practices by Georgi Nedyalkov.

I would like to mention that it seems to have been created with (assistance of) AI, if you care about that.
