☂️ Let's ship logging

We've been working on adding slog lines via #2576. Once that work is complete, we have some cleanup tasks to do. Then we can ship! (see #3214)

Issues

• Cleanup random messages and prints missed in Refactoring of logging #2576
• Unhide --log-format flag and update flag helptext for it and --log-level #3211
• Move logger from pkg/logger to internal/logger #3213
• Add env vars for ZARF_LOG_LEVEL and ZARF_LOG_FORMAT #3222

Deferring #3223 and #3289 to outside of this umbrella, they don't actually block logger release (stdout especially is not a backwards compatible change, so that should be done on its own as a listed breaking change)

Besides that, we're good to release logger as beta!
